Our final day at RCN Congress consisted of powerful debates, plus some time to explore Liverpool and the Albert Docks!

The final day was a slightly shorter day for us. We got up bright and early and head to the hall for what was set to be the most interesting debate in out opinion. It was very exciting but unfortunately, the debate got delayed by quite a while as new debates had been added to the schedule and they were taking slightly longer than expected. In the end, we ended up going back to the hotel after a few hours to pack and check out and then heading back to hear our regional lead talk about her own experience working as a nurse.
While Bea had been to Liverpool before, I never had so I wanted to do a little bit of tourist-ing. As there was nothing screaming out and grabbing out attention, we decided to head out towards the dock. We went on the Liverpool eye first and despite the cloudy day, it was lovely to see the area!
Then the day started to brighten up a little and so we headed to the actual docks and looked at the architecture and some of the sculptures. It was super fun and a great way to end the trip.
