Baby Foot Exfoliation Foot Peel (Review)

I've finally got around to using some of my Christmas presents and first up to be reviewed is this Baby Foot foot peel. 

In all honesty, I didn't hold high expectations for this product when I opened it up on Christmas Day but my mum said she paid £20+ for it and it had amazing reviews from the beauticians so I thought of course, I would at least give it a try. Having used a much cheaper version myself before, I somewhat compared it to that. 

The box is much fancier than the sachet I received last time and I love the quality of it. It feels sturdy and has the added element of a pop out flap with scientific information in which I actually really enjoyed.

Inside there are very clear instructions, alongside the foot product. Unfortunately, I seem to have lost the rest of the pictures but I liked how the 'boot' came in a very secure bag and folded, so it didn't loose any of the product. Once placing the boots on, there was also tape included to make them sealed at the top and so none of the chemicals leaked. I really liked this feature.

But of course, the most important part: the results.

I was going to take pictures of the peeling process but in all honesty, it wasn't worth it. My feet are good but I've had very very hard heels since I finished my Gold Duke of Edinburgh award in the hottest day of the last ten years. It was an awful experience and has left my heels destroyed. I always hope products like these work but they just don't.

The peeling started 3 days after the treatment and lasted for about a week. It peeled all my soft skin including the side and top of my foot, but barely touched the heels. I personally wouldn't recommend this product as it doesn't work on hard skin at all, but if you're just wanting to get rid of the top layer of skin, go for it!
