Empty House Tour (Buying my First Home)

I wouldn't be a very good vlogger if I didn't record an empty house tour, and to be quite honest I love seeing these before and after videos so here is my official empty house tour!

I'm going to be doing individually room posts in the not so distance future and so I'm not going to go into a huge amount of detail in this post, but defintely watch the vlog if you're interested. It's only 5 minutes long and it goes into all the details. 

Downstairs is a destroyed utility room - with a large storage cupboard - beautiful kitchen and large spacious lounge. 

Upstairs is a hallway with three bedrooms and a bathroom coming off it. The second bedroom is getting a new carpet and the bathroom is being completely renovated, then the rest of the rooms are just getting a fresh paint job throughout and a freshen up. 

Finally, I had a front and back garden. The front garden is about 2 cars long and the width of the drive, very neat and pretty. The back garden is split in half, with a single garage, astro-turfed area and a stoned patio.
