The 5 Best Shows of March 2022

It's been a while since I've shared a mini monthly round up and even before last year, I used to regularly share some of my favourite television series and what I've been watching. I thought I would share some of the shows I watched in March that I binged and loved.

  1. Bridgerton. Of course, I have to start with this show because I watched the entire show in less than 24 hours. I fell in love with the entire family once again and I love the entire concept of modernising the traditional English royalty. One of my favourite parts is turning the current music, into classical pieces. It's done so flawlessly, it all just flows. I personally disagree with many, in that I preferred the first season because I found the Anthony and Kate relationship a little upsetting for her sister, but nevertheless, a must see!
  2. Upload. As I've said before, I love coming home from work and putting the tv on to chill. Sometimes, I don't want to have to concentrate and Upload is just that. The season continues from the first and it's such a lovely easy-going show. It's short episodes, with all the fun and comedy expected of a sitcom.
  3. Raising Dion. I actually watching both series of this together and I loved it. I did start with Luke but he wasn't a fan. I liked how it was different to the traditional powers show. I also enjoyed seeing it from a variety of age group perspectives.
  4. Inventing Anna. I put off watching this for a little while and then binge watched it. It was so addictive. It is something you do need to concentrate on though because it can be a little confusing. Both this show and the next are inspired by true events and stories I have never heard before.
  5. The Dropout. Honestly, I was confused by this one and I kind of hated it, but I couldn't stop watching. I usually love Amanda Seyfried, but this was such a different role for her. It was challenging and she took on a whole new persona.
  6. On the Verge. This is a bit of a bonus show as it was actually released over a year ago but I just came across it. I loved it! I loved that it explored complexities of motherhood but of an older generation, which is something not often seen. My favourite was the family YouTube channel and all the kids from different fathers which is an increasingly common family dynamic.

Did you watched anything good last month? Anything you would recommend I see also?
