Pretty Little Home: August Subscription Box (Review)

This month, I finally allowed myself to be treated to a beautiful home decor subscription box from Pretty Little Home. I've seen so many of these boxes over this last year and I am always so jealous when I finally see the product reveal but it's too late for me to purchase. I thought with Autumn right around the corner, it was the perfect month to start to subscription and I just hoped I liked the products.

In all honesty, I was expecting to re-gift some of the products which I thought would be great for house warming and Christmas presents. The box arrived right on time, on the date expected and was securely packaged. Each item was individually wrapped and it felt great to have so many little presents to open.

The selection of products was beautiful and I really was so happy to be able to open them. The candles were the only product I probably will re-gift but that's because I don't really like candles in general.
The first item I am so excited about it a little glass jar. It's suppose to be a candle holder, but I plan to use it for a couple of little stems when the last of my flowers are left.
Of course, a couple of autumn items were included with a glass pumpkin jar and 4 mini pumpkins. I have a few pumpkins already but a lot of them are orange or purple for halloween so these will be perfect to leave up from the end of September until November and then decorate for Christmas!
Finally, the last two items were a mini rustic stool. Mine was square shaped but there was a variety of types, plus a chunky display board. I think this will be good for autumn decor on my glass table, but also perhaps for pizza serving as it's the perfect size and shape, despite not being a chopping board per se.
Overall, I love the items. There is such a great selection and it's a lovely little treat to open each month as a present to myself. I also think it's good value for money. It's £37 a month, which includes delivery and the cost of each of these items purchased individually is £80, including delivery for £5.95. It's such good value for money!
