The Creative Blogger Award!

This post was originally meant to go up last year but it just kept getting pushed further and further back...sorry! However, I am very excited to share that I was nominated for The Creative Blogger Award in 2019, by the beautiful team at a blog that is sadly no longer available, at least I can't find the link. Thank you to Abbie who is no longer around!

I've taken the Creative Blogger Award to be an award given to bloggers who show constant creativity, adaptability and individuality.
Rules

  1. Accept the award
  2. Post it on your blog along with the name of the person nominated
  3. Share 5 random facts about yourself
  4. Nominate a blogger who you feel fit the criteria

Random Facts
When you've been blogging for as long as I have, it's hard to come up with 5 random facts but here's me trying. How many of these did you know?

  1. I can't ride a bike. I know...24 years old and still can't. I fell off with stabilisers on when I was around 3 and never got back on. Maybe one day I'll learn.
  2. I love being busy and keeping occupied but I also love downtime. Lounging on the sofa is my happy place. I'm more of a home body than anyone I know. I could happily stay at home all week so lockdown hasn't been too much of an issue for me.
  3. Failing my Medicine degree almost destroyed me. I don't think I've talked to many people about that time but it was beyond hard. However, I love Midwifery and it's been good for both my personal and professional life.
  4. I never thought I'd have a boyfriend. I thought I would forever be single and alone, and to be honest, I was fine with that. I had my life planned out for being single and knew what it was going to look like.
  5. I can't get a mortgage for a house yet as I'm still a student but I've been looking at properties for over a year. Someone stop me!

Nominee
I would like to nominate the lovely Emma from Sass and Clacks. Emma doesn't post very often but she's beautiful and consistent. I love her powerful and motivational posts, continually inspiring me to do better and be better. I'm also very jealous of her confidence with pole dancing. Well done!
