Sharing the Third Journal on Students as the Future Workforce!

It's only a few months after the initial release, but you can read the third edition of the Nursing and Midwifery Journal here. This time we focused on Healthcare Students as the Future Workforce.

As student Nurses and Midwives, we are the future of what makes up the bulk of the healthcare workforce, physically working on the floor. We are incredibly valuable assets to the National Health Service and the society as a whole. It is important we remember this. We need to first of all take care of ourselves, but also learn to use our voices to enact the necessary changes to improve our environment, at work and at home.
