"Complexity" Update (Hippo Hypnobirthing with Hannah)

It's been a while since I talked about The Wise Hippo Hypnobirthing over here. Have I even shared our new modern branding?! As some of you will know, during Covid-19, I completed my qualification to become a hypnobirthing instructor, and whilst I don't regularly teach courses as a job, I do often use it in practice and I am always keen to share the knowledge where I feel it is beneficial. 

For those that don't know, The Wise Hippo provides reliable materials and resources through an accredited programme for hypnobirthing teacher training, and, most importantly, a supportive tribe where you can learn, grow and receive support. As an instructor, I am also a point of call on a pregnancy journey, armed with updated knowledge of maternity and service-wise happenings in their areas. 

I have recently included further teachings in my bank relating to complexities and I wanted to share them on here in case anyone was interested in seeking further support in specialty areas. These include:
