Autumn Decor Haul 2023

I’ve never been a huge fan of autumn. In fact, it’s actually my least favourite season. For me, winter has always brought the promise of Christmas and family. Spring brings blooms and newborn joy. Whilst summer is of course, both warm and my birthday!

Anyone who knows me, knows I love to celebrate life in any way that I can and for me, decorating my house for special occasions is one of those ways I can express myself. I have bins and boxes for every holiday, but between my birthday in June and Halloween in October, I don’t have any decorations as such for seasonal events.

I’ve recently treated myself to an amazing monthly subscription box for home decor. I got my first month in September and my second in October. These two have been specifically themed around autumn, as well as some Halloween aspects too. Most of the items are from either Pretty Little Home, Amazon or ASDA. When Stacey Solomon also announced her home collection launch, I couldn’t miss the opportunity…I love the woman!

Without further ado, one of the first posts I wanted to share for Blogtober was an autumn decor haul. I’ll be sharing a Halloween decor post as well, very soon, but these pieces will stay around for longer. I actually decorated in September and I’ll be leaving them up until I decorate for Christmas!

The front door has just had an autumn wreath added. I can't link this because it's from a local garden centre but it is lovely and was just over £20 if memory serves me right.
In the lounge and hallway I have a few different pumpkins. I have some George at ASDA woven ones in two different shapes, with a board from Pretty Little Home (PLH) in the background to semi cover some wires. I have some battery operated gold speckled pumpkins in front of my bay window. Then some fabric pumpkins on the fireplace from ASDA.
In the kitchen, I've decided to go for some orange pieces. All of these pieces are from PLH and they add the perfect little touches.
On the table, I have a glass pumpkin jar which I've popped some sweets inside. I also purchased some fake autumn eucalyptus from Dunelm and placed these in a little glass vase I got from the most recent wedding I attended, which they gave away at the end as somewhat of a wedding favour.
Upstairs, I have some mini grey ceramic pumpkins on the banister, and then on the window ledge I've placed my PLH vase and some eucalyptus branches from Amazon. I actually love these and would defintely recommend them. I think I'll be keeping them up all year round from now on. The board I placed underneath initially, but decided to move it downstairs in the end.
What do you think? What is your favourite piece? Stay tuned for the Halloween decor!
